Located in Seattle's South Lake Union, Denny Park is situated between Denny Way & John St, and between Dexter Ave & 9th Ave. The park is open to the public from 4am to 11:30pm daily. We recommend visiting the lighting display as soon as the sun goes down! The lights are distributed throughout the park - you'll be able to see them from anywhere nearby.
King County Metro has a number of routes that stop near Denny Park. The following bus routes stop within 1 blocks of the park: 8, 40, 62, and RapidRide C Line. The 5, 116E, and RapidRide E Line stop within 2 blocks of the park.
The park itself does not have designated parking, but the surrounding streets have lots of paid on-street parking (particularly north of the park on 8th Ave. Most on-street parking in South Lake Union is free after 6pm. A number of paid & free parkings lots are also available with varying rates at night and on weekends. Denny Park is wheelchair accessible from any of the four corners of the park, which have paved pathways that converge on the center.
